Alan Anderson
CEO/FOUNDER

Alan Anderson is a passionate technologist and leader who is dedicated to transforming the insurance industry through innovative solutions. As the founder of Affinity Advisors, he plans to revolutionize the way insurance carriers connect with insurance brokers.

His journey began at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a degree in Materials Science and Engineering. His engineering prowess and business acumen quickly propelled him to success in the corporate world, where he held various engineering and corporate development positions. During his corporate tenure, Alan gained invaluable experience in developing and implementing complex technological solutions and demonstrated his ability to effectively bridge the gap between technology and business, helping clients achieve their objectives and optimize their operations.

Alan's entrepreneurial spirit led him to explore the dynamic world of startups, where he co-founded several ventures. These experiences further honed his skills in identifying market opportunities and developing disruptive solutions.

Now at the helm of Affinity Advisors, Alan is poised to transform the insurance industry by providing a seamless and efficient platform for connecting carriers with various entities.

Andrew Suesserman
Chief Revenue Officer, Partner

Andrew Suesserman is an innovative leader in the risk and insurance industry, and he’s fiercely dedicated to his clients and their ongoing success. As the Chief Revenue Officer of Affinity Advisors, he is providing his clients with digital solutions that are disrupting the industry as a whole.

After his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University, Andrew spent the next decade at Aon where he held various positions across complex insurance brokerage, client service, risk consulting, and business development. Andrew’s success at Aon led him to becoming a Senior Vice President at Marsh where he spent several years structuring customized, corporate insurance programs for insurance companies, MGA’s, retail and wholesale brokers, and so on.

Andrew’s focus in the financial services space created trust with his clients and propelled him into the Insurtech world where he began crafting digital solutions for his clients. After working with many digital platforms, integrators, and brokers, Andrew chose AA as his next mission.

John Dugan
Chief Technology Officer, Partner

John Dugan is a futurist dedicated to building next-generation technology. As Chief Technology Officer, John is developing new product visions for the insurance landscape.

John received both a BS in Computer Science and MS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Previously, he worked on the iOS team at The Weather Channel, engineer and team lead at CINC, engineer and manager at Popmenu, and founded the AI Marketplace Maive.

John joined Affinity Advisors to help revolutionize the insurance industry with efficient, modern technology.
